We provide free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. Please note that all returns are eligible for store credit ONLY and Orders cannot be canceled.
Returns made in-person at a Happy Returns Bar are free of charge and do not incur a shipping label fee. For mail-in returns, a $15 shipping label fee will apply and will be deducted from your store credit. We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders. International orders that are returned will be for store credit only

Return Window You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be initiated within this period to be eligible for a store credit or exchange.
Condition of Items To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
With all tags and packaging intact.
Free from any odors, stains, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Final sale items or items purchased with a discount.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Swimwear and lingerie, for hygiene reasons.
Items marked as non-returnable at checkout.
How to Return To return an item:
Request a Return Authorization: Contact our customer service at orders@wenrybrand.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without an RA# will not be processed.
Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RA# and a copy of the receipt or order confirmation.
Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item,Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit will be processed, You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.. Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service at orders@wenrybrand.com for instructions. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at orders@wenrybrand.com so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will provide a prepaid return label for the return of defective or incorrect items.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please inform our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order. While we strive to accurately represent the colors of our clothing, variations may occur due to photography and lighting. Please note that these situations do not qualify as defects, but you are still welcome to return the items.
